Originally from Mountain Brook, Alabama, Leigh Inskeep graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman's College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She has more than 12 years of experience in recruiting and management, including 10 years experience recruiting accounting, finance, operations, and technology professionals for a variety of organizations. Before founding The Flowers Firm, Leigh Inskeep was a consultant for Regions Financial Corporation and HealthSouth Corporation. As a consultant, she led searches for Vice President and Director level positions and reestablishing the Internal Audit and Compliance departments with the highest caliber professionals. Before consulting, Leigh also served as Director of eResourcing for TMP Worldwide, managing their technical and healthcare search organization.
