A volume recruiting initiative which consists of more than 3 position in the same area. The Flowers Firm will manage the project exclusively and partner with our client to determine objectives, goals, and strategy. The Flowers Firm will engage in this type search once a strategy is in place, position requirements have been defined, and an a formal agreement has been reached.

1-Work with decision maker(s) to understand and define position specifications to fully understand job responsibilities and determine project search strategy and outline the hiring process. The Flowers Firm will develop a written, custom recruiting plan to target specific industries, markets, companies, and people as resources for recruiting. Before the project begins, we will also create a standard prescreen for all sourced candidates, standardized interview questions for onsite meetings, and a standardized candidate assessment tool to rank candidates after the interview.

2-Prequalify candidates and present only best candidates for interviews. The Flowers Firm will carefully screen each candidate and conduct in-depth interviews, usually at least one in person, and initial reference checks with two objectives in mind: to qualify candidates in terms of cultural fit and to sell the candidate on both the position and the company.

3-We can assist in scheduling interviews onsite with our clients and suggest people who could serve as strong interviewers.

4-The Flowers Firm can assist with the offer and negotiation process by structuring the offer to ensure acceptance as well as deliver the actual offer. We can serve as a dispassionate intermediary to convey requests if negotiation is necessary.

5-Once an all offers have been accepted and the openings have been filled, the project recruitment process is complete.
